Is there a free trial?

Yes, and it is a real trial, not a sandbox. 14 days, fully configured, all five pillars active. Book a call and we will have you live within 48 hours.

What does "Setup & Onboarding" include?

Full platform configuration, SSO setup, admin training, and a dedicated go-live session. Most teams are live within 11 days of signing.

Is the HRMS integration mandatory?

No. You can onboard employees via CSV or invite link. The HRMS integration (SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Keka, and more) is optional but recommended for orgs with frequent joiners and leavers.

What's included in Annual Support?

A dedicated Customer Success Manager, quarterly business reviews, priority support SLA (4-hour response), and access to our HR practitioner community.

Can we start with one or two pillars?

Absolutely. Many clients start with Listen + Engage and activate Care, Empower, and Recharge over the first 6 months. Pricing stays the same regardless of which pillars are active.

Do you offer multi-year discounts?

Yes. 2-year contracts receive 10% off the platform fee and 3-year contracts receive 15%. Bring it up on your demo call.

What happens when we cross a headcount band?

Pricing adjusts at your annual renewal, not mid-year. We never surprise you with an in-year price increase.
